TRAFFIC The first thing any affiliate marketer needs is they need to have traffic. Traffic is basically ways to get people to come to our affiliate offers. As a marketer, we connect to a company and get people to sign up for the company’s service – but we need to send people to that offer, and the only way we can do that is through traffic. So how do I get traffic? There’s hundreds of ways! Through social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), email marketing, SEO, writing blogs, and more! The KEY is picking one and getting good at it. SALES FUNNEL So, let’s say they clicked the link and visited the site – what now? They probably left, probably didn’t sign up either. But what if you could have something that captures their email along the way? You could be sending them tons of offers for next month or year – all along the way. That’s what a sales funnel does. MULTIPLE AFFILIATE PRODUCTS A lot of people try to sign up as an affiliate marketer for one company, sure, that could work, but it’d work a whole lot better if you had MULTIPLE companies. The reason is – it’s just not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. If you’ve got an audience of five thousand on Instagram, not all of them would want just that one thing – you need to have variety. AUTO-RESPONDER SEQUENCE We talked about how we captured people’s emails, but most people freeze up after this. What do we send them? We send them other offers and we build a relationship with them – and to do this we need and auto-responder sequence, this is basically a software that sends out emails automatically, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
