
Whats up guys! Welcome to day 2 of my vegan carb cycling series! I alternate between 300g, 200g, 100-130g and aim to stay under 100g on my lowest carb days. I train legs on my 300g days, usually arms & abs/back on my 200g days, I do cardio & abs on my 100-130g carb days and I aim to either do solely cardio or take my rest day on my low carb days. I used to preach about being a high-carb vegan, and although it made me feel fantastic and would recommend it to anybody, I feel that I could experiment with carb cycling for a a period of time.
