It’s the last day of COREtober, Killer Bs, and that means I’ve got one final challenge for you. This month on the Pahla B Fitness Facebook Page ( http://goo.gl/zBKGjy) I’ve been hosting a CORE STRENGTH contest with quick barefoot bodyweight exercises, and today we’re putting all 24 exercises together in a full length workout!
⌛ Timer is set for one minute intervals - there’s no rest.
